Giving....

How tired I am Lord,

You said in Acts 20:35 that it is more blessed to give than receive,

But sometimes too much of giving really drains me out,

And I learnt that giving takes patience as well,

And being patient is somewhat hard though I strive to be,

God, As humans we have emotions,

At most times, I suppress my emotions so that this could not affect others,

Whenever I recalled what You said that we should try to make peace with everyone, I tune my anger off,

I learnt to be slow in anger just like You Lord,

But God, sometimes people just don't understand...I wonder how many times I should tune off the anger??? It really test my patience to the max...

That's why I do really salute You Lord, cox You are extremely a patient God,

Like the Valentine story below, You said : "You may not know me, but I know everything about You... "

This shows Your love that You gave, though not many knew Your love, You still

choose to love them...

And this shows the exact meaning of GIVING....

This truly shows Your great Love, as well Your patience,

But God, I truly cannot be that patient just like You, I do have a limit though...

Sometimes I think that Life may be much more easier by becoming a bad person,

However, forgive me for thinking like that God, is just a slipped of mind,

Nevertheless, please do sustain me...and most of all teach me to give appropriately,

A Love beyond our comprehension...

A Love Story

Around Valentine's Day most people think about love. With all of the media hype, even people who aren't in love, think about love! Here, however, is a great story (author unknown) about the depths of real love; a love that goes far beyond romance; and a love that is instructive to all!

"It was a busy morning, about 8:30 a.m., when an elderly gentleman in his 80's arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He stated that he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat knowing it would be over an hour before someone would be able to see him.

I saw him looking at his watch and decided since I was not busy with another patient that I would evaluate his wound. It had healed well, so I talked to one of the doctors and got the needed supplies to remove his stitches. While taking care of the wound we began a conversation.

I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment that morning as he was in such a hurry. He told me no, but that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I then inquired about her health. He told me that she had been in the nursing home for awhile and that she had Alzheimer's disease. As we talked, I asked him if she would be worried if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was and that she had not recognized him in five years. I was surprised, and asked him why he was still going every morning to visit his wife even though she didn't know who he is. He smiled and patted my hand and said, 'She doesn't know me but I still know who she is.'

I tried to hold back tears as he left – I had goose bumps on my arm – and I thought to myself, 'That is the kind of love I want in my life.'"

We all want to be loved in that kind of way – a love that remains strong and unchanged even when we don't recognize it! Thank God that He loves us in that same way! Though we may not recognize it, feel it, appreciate it or even take it for granted, God's love for us never changes! He is always there for us! And God's love for us sets the example of how we are to love others: our spouses, children, close friends, casual friends – and strangers alike.

May we be reminded of God's love and experience it in a new and fresh way – and pass that same kind of love on to the loved ones in your life!

Whoa...

Its been a while since i blog...its hol rite now - 3 weeks...3 weeks of no REST...first two weeks attached to a pharmacy for our assignment and report and the third week off to GHKL for my my clerkship...starting with PSYCHIATRIC WARD...which means during the hols have to study eveything under the sun about the psychos (ahem..no offence)...think is gonna be fun yet challenging, with new group members and new clerkships...

tomolo will be my 6th day in the pharmacy i attached to - FIRSTCARE PHARMACY bak in Bukit Tinggi...well the name really says it all...firstcare is really firstcare...the pharmacist will serve you right away as soon as u step into the shop with a big (extremely big) smile plastered on his face....:) learning from him is fun but sometimes the hours they placed us there (thnx to the school of pharmacy management) is extremely long...2 weeks with 8 hours a day...thank God the pharmacist allows me to go off early...if no he have to cracked his brain to give me something to do....hahah...nevertheless i really did learn alot from him...things we will never dealt with in the classroom, there you go....the pharmacy is where the best place to learn.n this is what i really called *hands-on experience*...

From this attachment, i came in to sense that i SERIOUSLY...yea...SERIOUSLY...need to brush up on my cantonese, mandarin and some hokkien ( thnxs fooi lee, in advance)...gosh i do really suck in mandarin..yesterday somehow i misinterpreted where a woman wants a pregnancy test but i showed her an oral contraceptive pill....*malu*....seriously *malu*...well i msg yshan ASAP asked for EMERGENCY help to brush up on my mandarin...even cantonese also i required to enhanced it ( summore i'm a cantonese pulak)...sabrina, if u R reading this u sure gonna laugh at me balik cox i laugh at ur cantonese before......*WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND*

One thing about the pharmacy is : macam satu keluarga...Yup...like a happy family...cox the pharmacist and his worker, siti are very fun and bubbly person---like to laugh and smile...:)

Overall, I STILL GOT 1 WEEK PLUS TO GO....haha...then kuai kuai stay at home and do my report...n bak to KL for ESP CAMP...n then GHKL (sweat)....gtg.....have to find stg about HRTs...have to discuss this topic with the pharmacist tomolo.....c u....
